Census: slight decline in Cali uninsured
The latest data on health insurance coverage are out from the Census Bureau. The numbers show a slight decline in the percentage of Californians who were without insurance at some point during the year. The three year-average for 2003-2005 was 18.8 percent. The three year average for 2004-2006 was 18.5 percent. The full report on income, poverty and health insurance is here.
