Audit examines health care receiver's budget

The Office of the Inspector General has taken a look at the budget for the federally appointed receiver overseeing prison health care. Not surprisingly, the OIG has raised some questions, including why the receiver needs to pay a dozen of its employees more than the $225,000 annual salary of the secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
