(text) (text) (text) When a married politician engages in a sexual affair it can cause the candidate to feel (text) beholden to that partner. Elected officials in the past have have arranged financial gifts to their (text) lovers and it is quite possible that a sitting legislator would find other ways of assisting a (text) sexual partner, including support for legislation that a partner was lobbying on behalf of.
