Nehemiah expects ban on program, will focus on development
Nonprofit giant Nehemiah Corp. of America says in today's Sacramento Bee that it expects Congress to ban down payment assistance "gifts" this week and shut down the decade-old program. The Washington Post also tells the story this morning.Posted by Jim Wasserman, July 22, 2008 8:00 AM
