Ooh la la!

TOWER.jpgGot any plans for September? If not, you might want to consider signing up for a shopping excursion to Paris - that would be France, not Texas.

Tassina Placencia, owner of Le Petit Paris, a very Parisian boutique in midtown, is once again arranging to take a group of shoppers to Paris, a city she knows well. She's accepting sign-ups now. And if you've got a friend who wants to go with you and you both sign up by June 15, you'll receive 10 percent off the trip. (Travel partners must register together to receive the discount.)

The cost is $2,295, Tassina says, and limited to 10 people. That way, everyone gets plenty of personal attention from her while shopping at everything from French flea markets to high-end boutiques. And, according to Tassina, the weather in Paris in September is "tres magnifique!"

And most of the tourists have gone home. Whew!

The exact dates for the tour are Sept. 4-10. For more info, check out the store's
Web site (click on "events.") Or stop by the store itself (at 1221 19th St.) or call (916) 446-3639.
