Meet Carla Meyer, Bee movie critic

BACK TO THE 21Q HOME PAGE

The first movie I recall seeing is "Love Story." After awakening in the back of my parents' station wagon, I took a drink from my sippy cup, glanced at the screen, pronounced "three stars!" - and fell back to sleep. I love movies most of all, followed by Fiestaware, trains and board games.

Childhood ambition: To be a hairdresser or an architect.

Thing I now have to do before I die: Watch the filming of a Bollywood movie.

What's on my screensaver: A still of Paul Newman and Elizabeth Taylor from "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" - beauts!

Last song uploaded on my iPod: "Tears Dry on Their Own" by Amy Winehouse.

Soundtrack of my life: Steady On, by Shawn Colvin

Signature drink: Citron and tonic.

Signature style: One word: skorts.

Food I crave at midnight: Green olives.

Biggest thing to hit Sacramento in the past year: Downtown development?
