My question has to do with school zones. The sign says "Speed Limit 25 MPH when children are present." Does that mean any time when school is in session or just when children are actually visible? I often drive by a local school when the kids are in class, and therefore not visible, but I'm never sure whether I'm required to reduce my speed.
