Animation fans could once again join the Warner brothers (and the Warner sister Dot) on their hilarious adventures.

Gizmodo reports that Steven Spielberg’s 1990 cartoon “Animaniacs” could be rebooted with new episodes. While nothing is set in stone, it is believed that Spielberg will be in on the new project.

The show’s stars are the Warners – Wakko and Yakko and their sister, Dot – characters of an indeterminate species who cause lighthearted mischief at the Warner Bros. studios.

However, similar to sketch comedy shows, several other characters are featured in their own skits. The most notable are Pinky and the Brain, two lab mice on opposite ends of the intelligence spectrum who have a repetitive mission.

“Gee, Brain, what do want to do tonight?” Pinky asks.

“Same thing we do every night, Pinky: Try to take over the world!” Brain responds.

“Animaniacs” debuted in 1993 and ran for five seasons. Fans of the show or anyone who wants to watch it for the first time can see all episodes on Netflix.
