Price was upset that The Cincinnati Enquirer had reported (accurately, by the way) that star Reds catcher Devin Mesoraco was unavailable for the team’s Sunday game in St. Louis. According to the Enquirer’s C. Trent Rosecrans, Price dropped 77 F-bombs and 11 words to describe excrement in a five-and-a-half minute span. The Reds have been struggling on the field lately, so that may have contributed to Price’s overall stress level.
