Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith may look happy but there’s a report that they are ending their 17-year marriage, and they are taking the private route.

According to RadarOnline, the couple is working on a secret settlement to divide their $240 million fortune and prepare their children, Jaden and Willow for the divorce.

“They’re exhausted from trying to maintain the façade of a happy union” a source claims.

A rumor-busting website, Gossip Cop, said in an email that an impending divorce is not true. Gossip Cop wrote: “Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are not going to announce a ‘split at the end of the summer,’ despite a new webloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this story. We’re told it’s simply ‘not true.’”

The couple have been faced with rumors of marital strife and cheating in the past. Jada Pinkett Smith was dogged by allegations involving her “Hawthorne” co-star, Marc Anothy, in 2011 and rumors swirled with Will Smith and Margot Robbie, co-star from his movie upcoming movie “Suicide Squad.”

Pinkett Smith addressed rumors of her husband’s unfaithfulness during an interview with Howard Stern in June. “You’ve got to trust who you’re with,” she told the radio jockey. “And at the end of the day, I’m not here to be anybody’s watcher. I’m not his watcher. He’s a grown man.”
