Actress Amber Heard has accused her husband Johnny Depp of domestic abuse. Now, reports have emerged that the actress was previously arrested for committing domestic violence against her then-partner, Tasya van Ree, back in 2009.

TMZ reports that Heard and van Ree got into an argument on Sept. 14 of that year at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. According to Celebuzz, TMZ reported, “Amber was arrested and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence. Her mug shot was taken and she appeared in court the following day.”

The tabloid obtained the audio of the court hearing wherein the prosecutor declined to further the case due to Heard and van Ree’s residencies in California. However, the judge said that the prosecutor could reconsider and refile within the 2-year statute of limitations.
