Master Gardeners’ Open Garden

Where: Fair Oaks Horticulture Center, 11549 Fair Oaks Blvd., Fair Oaks

Join the Sacramento County master gardeners as they tend to chores in their large demonstration garden complex. Get hands-on training in pruning fruit trees, grapes, roses, grasses and perennials. Learn about composting, propagation, grafting, herbs and winter vegetables. Got a pest or problem plant? Bring a sample (in a sealed plastic bag) or photos for expert diagnosis and recommendations.
