These aren’t your basic bouquets. Ikebana – the art of Japanese flower arranging – will be presented by the students of Ikebana master Kika Shibata. Dozens of spectacular arrangements will feature the use of natural greens and flowers, woods, bamboo and unconventional materials. Demonstrations from 1 to 2:30 p.m. each day will offer tips on techniques. Shibata also will demonstrate design basics at 2 p.m. each day.
