Pro: Modeled after classic (and often homemade) gardening implements called dibblers, the Garda-Dibble makes planting seeds in evenly spaced rows quick and easy.
The lightweight but durable (and washable) plastic tool features 16 removable triangular pegs that can be positioned for 4-by-4 blocks of seeds or any variation. This tool is the perfect size for square-foot vegetable gardens and a snap to use: Just lightly press the pattern into the soil and drop in the seeds. No more crooked, crowded rows!
Con: Currently, Garda Dibble is available only online in the Sacramento area, and shipping is $6.95.
