Swinging for the fences in its third year, First Festival returns to the riverbanks of West Sacramento with the feel of a festival that’s come into its own as a hyperlocal mecca of music, art, comedy and food. Not gonna lie, catching San Francisco’s “ambassadors of Gypsy rock” Diego’s Umbrella at Torch Club sounds like a steamy heap of fun as the band tours behind its album “Edjka.” These guys’ shows are notoriously raucous, teeming with globally rooted pop, barroom rock and carefree flips of funk. $6. www.torchclub.net.
