Wednesday’s “Drake vs. Lil Wayne” concert at the Sleep Train Amphitheatre in Wheatland has been canceled, with organizers citing “scheduling conflicts.”
Refunds for the performance will be available at the point of purchase, according to a press release from promotion-and-events company Live Nation.
As of Saturday, Groupon was sending out notices with deals for discounted tickets to the show, including a $45.50 general-admission lawn ticket for $20.
In addition to featuring two multi-platinum, Grammy-award-winning rappers, the “Drake vs. Lil Wayne” tour offers a decidedly 21st-century digital component. Fans can download a “Street Fighter”-style app on their phones that allows them to vote for who gave the best performance at the concert. The champion is announced on stage at the end of the show. As of Saturday, Drake was ahead of Lil Wayne, with 11 wins to 10.

Drake and Lil Wayne are still schedule to perform Tuesday at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View. Tickets are available to that show, Live Nation said.
