Fox40 morning news anchor Bethany Crouch announced Wednesday morning that she is leaving her Sacramento job for other pursuits.
Crouch has been with the KTXL Fox40 team for more than nine years. She tweeted before the announcement that “change is in the air” and that she had “made a big life decision. Please tune in at 9:55.”
On live TV and fighting back tears, Crouch praised her co-workers, but did not specifically say what she was going to do. She mentioned on air that her husband had accepted a new job, and she was going to “take a little time, try some new projects and get a little creative.”
