A must-try spot for brisket, ribs and pulled pork in East Sacramento, Fahrenheit 250 BBQ might appear during the debut of a new Guy Fieri reality show on the Food Network, the restaurant said Saturday on social media.

Airing 9 p.m. Sunday, “Guy’s Big Project” will be an elimination-style competition, taking its chef prospects to different U.S. cities to show off their chops. “He’s bringing together top prospects to find the best concept and host for the next big food road show on Food Network,” the Food Network’s description for the pilot reads.

Fahrenheit 250 posted on its Twitter and Instagram pages that the restaurant was told it would appear in Sunday’s premiere.

Located at 7042 Folsom Blvd. in Sacramento, Fahrenheit 250 BBQ opened in 2014 and was well-reviewed by The Bee. It takes reservations and does catering, according to its website.

The restaurant won’t be the only Sacramento connection to get airtime Sunday. Donte and Dominic Morris, twin brothers and Sacramento State business school graduates, will appear on ABC’s popular “Shark Tank,” pitching their HoopMaps app to celebrity investors.

Local TV listings say the “Shark Tank” episode will premiere on Channel 10 at 10 p.m. – right after “Guy’s Big Project” ends.
