There have been a lot of changes in the television broadcast landscape of Sacramento. Here's a look at the past six months, who's come and who's gone where.

"Good Day Sacramento" reporter Sean Bennett has signed off after six years with CBS13.

Bennett is leaving TV journalism as a profession, he announced Friday, in favor of an unspecified field with more typical hours. His 20 years in journalism have been split almost evenly between 2 p.m. to midnight shifts and his current early morning hours.

"I've decided to come out of my comfort zone and try something completely new, get something out of the TV business," he said in a "Good Day Sacramento" broadcast. "I'm going to try something on a schedule (with) hours that I've never had."

Bennett began working for "Good Day Sacramento" and CBS13 in May 2012 after 3 1/2 years at Fox40, and previously covered sports in Chico and Fort Myers, Fla.

He and his wife, Melissa, have two children, Cole and Bailey.
