The California Pizza Kitchen chain has rolled out its new “Next Chapter” menu at its Market Square at Arden Fair site, which was remodeled in November. Other CPKs will introduce the menu in coming weeks, but right now all corporate eyes are on Arden Fair, watching to see how the menu performs.
Pizza is the thing at CPK, of course, but the new menu goes beyond the chain’s pioneering pies. For instance: a 12-ounce fire-grilled rilbeye steak with “pinot noir-infused” sea salt and blue cheese butter; cedar-planked and roasted wild halibut with grilled asparagus; lobster salad on Parmesan flatbread; and roasted chicken in lemon-garlic sauce.
Plus, diners can mix and match items from a menu of options that include pizzas, salads, half-sandwiches and soups.
