Sure, you can get your confection on at the ninth annual San Francisco International Chocolate Salon and its “world of premium chocolates, ” March 15 at Fort Mason Center — but why wait?
The second annual Sacramento Chocolate Salon will offer an abundance of “artisanal, gourmet and premium” chocolates crafted by 20 chocolatiers.
Expect chocolate- and wine-tastings, presentations by chefs and authors, chocolate-making demonstrations, and ongoing interviews conducted for TasteTV's ChocolateTelevision program.
