When it comes to electric kettles, I don\u2019t have to talk about a lot of fancy terminology or technical details \u2014 all you need to know is, does the kettle do its job well, and does it do it fast? The Cuisinart Cordless Electric Kettle answers both those questions with a resounding \u201cyes.\u201d Its smooth stainless steel exterior looks good in any kitchen setup, while its 1.7-liter capacity can fill up a couple teacups or generate enough coffee for a whole family, and its 1500 watts of power ensures that you\u2019ll get hot water in a matter of minutes. Better still is how easy the kettle is to operate. Just fill it with water and choose one of the six heating presets, which range from 160 degrees to boiling and cover everything from delicate teas to black coffee and water for instant noodles.
