Lennar Sacramento will host a lifestyle event at its premier active adult community of Heritage El Dorado Hills on Oct. 29. The event will focus on health and wellness with sports clinics, yoga classes, health vendors and healthy snacks. Additionally, attendees are invited to tour Lennar’s 10 model homes to really get a taste of the lifestyle Heritage El Dorado Hills has to offer.
“We are so excited for this event,” said Laura Kilgore, Marketing Manager for Lennar Sacramento. “We’re bringing out the best resources and experts in health, wellness, and staying active to offer our residents and attendees the best guidance available.”
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will consist of a host of activities focused around promoting health and wellness. There will be training clinics with experts teaching attendees skills in tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball and strength training.
Radiant Yoga will host a workshop designed with active adults in mind. Farm Fresh to You, an organic home grocery delivery service will be on site, along with Gold Country Run + Sport, the American Heart Association and more.

Heritage El Dorado Hills is a new solar home master-planned community for active adults 55+ that offers three collections of homes, with 15 unique floor plans available.
