Lennar, one of the nation’s biggest builders, celebrated a wildly successful Grand Opening of its newest 55+ age qualified community Heritage El Dorado Hills. More than 400 people came out to the event to tour beautiful new homes and partake in the festivities, food and fun.
“We were thrilled that the event turned out to be such a huge sucess,” said Laura Kilgore, Director of Marketing for Lennar Sacramento. “We have received a lot of interest in these homes so far and sold some homes over the weekend, so interested buyers are encouraged to act fast.”
Heritage El Dorado Hills is a new solar home master-planned community for active adults 55+ that offers three collections of homes, with 15 unique floor plans, ranging from approximately 1,230 to 2,993 square feet of living space. Lennar plans to have a total of approximately 1,060 single-family homes, built in phases, at Heritage El Dorado Hills. The community currently features three distinct home collections – Mosaic, Legends and Estates.
“Our goal is to meet the needs of a wide variety of buyers with the distinct homes that will be featured within the community. We truly have a home for everyone,” said Kilgore.
