For the past 70 years, the Haggin Museum has been dedicated to fine art as well as the area's history.
The museum's collection includes works by 19th-century painters like Albert Bierstadt, Rosa Bonheur, and William-Adolphe Bouguereau, as well as other American and European artists. The museum also chronicles early Californian and Stockton history including Stockton's contributions to industrial farming.
