1. BOB BARKER -- COME ON DOWN VO/SOT
Television game show host Bob Barker will join Assemblyman Lloyd Levine (D-Van Nuys) at the State Capitol this morning, to urge support for legislation to require the spaying or neutering of most dogs and cats in California. 2. GOVERNOR ON SENATE FLOOR VO/SOT
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will take part in a proclamation ceremony for his friend Joe Weider, "Muscle and Fitness" publisher, on the Senate floor during session today. Efforting soundbites and video.
3. STATE POPULATION GROWTH ESTIMATES VO/SOT
The State Department of Finance will release population growth estimates for California through the year 2050. The numbers will be statewide and county by county, and will also be grouped by ethnicity. Efforting soundbites and video.
4. AG STATION VO/SOT
California Department of Food and Agriculture Secretary A.G. Kawamura will attend opening ceremonies for a new Agricultural Inspection Station on Interstate 80 near Truckee. The stations check incoming vehicles for invasive species and pests that could harm California's agriculture industry.

Budget - The state budget is 9 days overdue. CTNS will monitor developments in negotiations and effort soundbites and video if they occur before feed deadline.
Diesel Emissions- The California Air Resources Board will conduct the first of four public workshops to develop new regulations to reduce emissions from diesel trucks at ports and railyards.
Community Colleges- The California Community College Board of Governors starts two days of meetings considering new regulation for curriculum standards and procedures for approving new courses.
AARP Healthcare - The California State Director for AARP will discuss his organization's efforts to reform health care in California.
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is in Sacramento for a ceremony on the Senate floor.
