1. BUDGET 16 DAYS OVERDUE VO/SOT

The state budget is now 16 days overdue. The Assembly is not in session and the Senate does not plan to vote on a spending plan during today's floor session. 2. AIR REGULATIONS VO/SOT

The California Air Resources Board will consider regulations that will cost more than three billion dollars for construction and other vehicles. A group of those involved in the industry called "Coalition to Build A Cleaner California" says it has an alternate proposal and that the trucks required to comply with diesel emission requirements would not be available in the quantities that would be necessary by the compliance date. 3. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS CHANGE OF COMMAND VO/SOT

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is at San Luis Reservoir in Merced County to discuss water supply issues.

LEGISLATURE'S SCHEDULE
