LIVE: THE STATE'S OFFICE OF THE PATIENT ADVOCATE HAS ISSUED ITS SEVENTH ANNUAL REPORT CARD THAT GRADES HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS. MORE THAN THREE HUNDRED CONSUMERS OF EACH H-M-O THE REPORT CARD RATED WERE GIVEN PHONE OR WRITTEN SURVEYS TO JUDGE PATIENT SATISFACTION.
