3.WORKERS COMP DISCRIMINATION VO/SOT
The Third District Court of Appeal will hear arguments from attorneys for those who have filed workers compensation claims and civil rights groups that contend workers compensation laws passed in 2004 to overhaul and reform the system have led to discrimination in the work place based on some employees' age and gender.
