1. SCHOOL BOARDS LAWSUIT VO/SOT
The California School Boards Association, (CSBA) is filing a lawsuit today against the State of California, claiming the state has illegally withheld funds to local districts to compensate for state mandated programs. Efforting soundbites and video.
