SPCA meeting

Tea and bazaar

The Native Daughters of the Golden West will hold its annual Fall Tea & Bazaar from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today at the United Methodist Church, 899 Yosemite Park Way. Rummage sale

The Livingston United Methodist Church will have its annual winter rummage sale starting at 8 a.m today at its Pioneer Hall. Holiday decorations and winter clothes, including coats and jackets, will be among the items for sale. Call (209) 394-2264.

Sweets for troops

Dentist Von Goodin’s office will have its annual sweet swap from 2 to 6 p.m. on Friday at 830 W. Olive Ave. Donated candy will be sent overseas for the troops. There will be snacks, crafts, stickers and other surprises for children, and everyone bringing a bag of candy will be entered in a drawing to win a “Family Night Out” package. Saluting veterans

Our Lady of Mercy School will hold a “Veterans Day Salute” at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the school, 1400 E. 27th St. All veterans are invited to attend. Preschool through eighth-graders will assemble in the school auditorium to thank veterans for their service to our country.

Holiday boutique

Ladies of the Lakes will hold its annual holiday boutique from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 9 at the Yosemite Lakes Park Clubhouse, 30250 Yosemite Springs Parkway. Free admission, parking and shuttle transportation. Food and beverages available for purchase. High school scholarship raffle.
