The Merced Flea and Farmers Market runs every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. behind the fairgrounds, 900 G St. EBT is accepted.

Merced Certified Farmers Market is open from 8 a.m. to noon at 19th and N streets.

Buhach Farmers Market is open every Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 4814 Clover Ave., Atwater. Take the Buhach Exit off Highway 99. Lots of vendors on site.

The R-Bar, 1603 V St., Merced, hosts 8-ball competition every Wednesday night. Sign-ups at 6 p.m., game starts at 7. Twenty players only, $5 buy-in.
