MyECheck Inc., the Folsom-based developer and licenser of electronic check services, has done a major shuffling of its management team.
Bruce Smith, vice president of finance and chief financial officer; Bill Delgado, board member, employee and contractor; and Greenpay President Rod Zolunardo are no longer with the company. Greenpay, a payroll services firm, is a wholly owned subsidiary of MyECheck.
MyECheck also said it has released three software developers and transitioned two employees to independent contractors. The local firm said it plans to add marketing and sales staff in this year’s second quarter.
Seergate Ltd. CEO and co-founder Eldad Aharoni has been named president of Greenpay. MyECheck announced in January that it had an agreement to acquire Seergate, an Israeli corporation and developer of an electronic payment software platform for banks. MyECheck said it plans to integrate Seergate’s system with MyECheck’s payment systems. Two Seergate employees also have joined MyECheck’s development team.
MyECheck customers include corporations, retailers, governments, payment processors and financial institutions. Revenue comes from transaction fees collected for data processing, check authorization and fraud-mitigation services, as well as software and licensing fees.
