Following October gains, online help-wanted ads were flat in Sacramento and down statewide in November, according to The Conference Board, a New York-based business research group.
In its monthly report released Wednesday, the board said 28,700 ads were posted in Sacramento in November, matching the October total but a decline of nearly 10 percent from 31,700 in November 2015.
Statewide, 545,100 ads were posted in November, down 2.3 percent from 558,200 in October and 13.5 percent below 630,300 in November last year.
