A West Sacramento company has issued a recall for almost 21,000 lbs. of poultry products for misbranding and an undeclared allergen.

The recalled products from Bateman Community Living, 819 F St., which provides food for senior meals programs, contain soy, a known allergen, reported the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The chicken entrees involved were produced on various dates from June 27, 2016, to June 30 and were shipped to institutional locations in Arizona and California. Recalled products are marked with “EST. P45095” inside the USDA mark of inspection. Here is a complete list of recalled products.

Routine in-plant label verification activities discovered the problem, said the USDA. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions.
