Roseville’s Rabobank sells Redding branch

Quincy-based Plumas Bank says it has completed its acquisition of a Rabobank N.A. branch in Redding. Rabobank is based in Roseville.

Officials said the purchase of the 1335 Hilltop Drive branch included the acquisition of about $10 million in deposits. No loans were acquired as part of the deal. Plumas Bank says it is consolidating its Civic Center Drive branch in Redding into the newly acquired location.

Established in 1980, Plumas Bank operates 11 offices in the counties of Shasta, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Placer, and Plumas. It also has a loan-production office in Auburn.

Rabobank has $15 billion in assets and more than 100 branches. It employs about1,700.
