Former 49ers and Raiders linebacker NaVorro Bowman has reduced the price of his San Jose mansion from $4.253 million to $4 million.

The 5,959-square-foot Rose Garden estate has five bedrooms and five baths. Entering the 18-foot foyer, there is a sweeping wrought iron banister flowing to the second floor catwalk and Spanish tile floors. The kitchen flows into the family room, which opens onto the back loggia, viewing the grounds and pool. In the rear of the home is the memorabilia room, with built-in bar and space for game tables.

On the second story, the master suite extends the entire length of the home. Across the catwalk are two children’s bedrooms with custom paint and fixtures, one with hall bath and the other with a Jack-and-Jill bath adjacent to the home’s fifth bedroom, opening to a sun deck.

Outdoors, the fenced pool with built-in hot tub sits next to a cabana/guest house with full kitchen and bath. A sports court is nearby, as is the detached three-car garage.

The home was purchased in 2013 for $3.1 million, according to public records. Kelly Goni with the Sereno Group is the current listing agent.
