We want to honor AAPI Change Makers in Sacramento. Help us by nominating community leaders
It’s time to send in nominations for The Sacramento Bee’s AAPI Change Makers, a project that aims to highlight up-and-coming leaders in the Sacramento region.
The Bee is collaborating with the Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Program to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander leaders who work to make Sacramento a better place.
Candidates should be problem solvers who find solutions to critical issues through community organization, education, arts and entertainment, entrepreneurship, law, medicine and health care, science, politics, nonprofit leadership, or activism.
Nominations will be open until Friday, Sept. 29. All finalists will be evaluated by a panel from the Bee’s Equity Lab, NELP and outside judges.
You can submit your nomination at https://bit.ly/AAPIChangeMaker.
