Two teenagers from Marysville, California, were arrested Wednesday by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department in connection with an Idaho homicide earlier this week.

Dustin Garrett Alfaro, 18, and a 17-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of killing an 87-year-old woman in Pocatello, Idaho, according to a news release issued by the sheriff’s department.

Just before midnight, deputies in Olivehurst found a vehicle that was believed to have been involved in an earlier threats incident in Linda, according to the news release.

Alfaro was booked into the Yuba County jail on a bail of $1 million while the minor was transported to juvenile hall, according to the release.
