Sacramento County Supervisor Phil Serna’s band will headline a benefit concert Thursday to raise money for a local homeless youth program.
Serna’s band, “UnSupervised,” and “Music on a Mission” are the two musical offerings for the event set to start at 6 p.m. Thursday at The Assembly, located at 1000 K Street. The proceeds benefit WIND Youth Services and will help expand emergency winter shelter offerings, according to a press release.
Tickets are $40 per person or $70 a couple. They’re available online at www.windyouth.org or at the door. WIND Youth Services provides basic safety net services to homeless and at-risk people between ages 12 and 24.
