Mail-in ballots accepted at Cal Expo drive-through

For the first time, Sacramento County mail-in ballots can be dropped off at Cal Expo today.

Voters can drive through and drop off their ballots at Cal Expo. It is too late to put a ballot in the mail.

All ballots must be in the registrar’s office at 7000 65th Street, dropped off at Cal Expo or turned in at a Sacramento County polling place to be counted for Tuesday’s election. Postmarks do not count.

Polling places opened at 7 a.m. and will remain open until 8 p.m. Tuesday.
