The morning fog will soon make way for a sunny Saturday.
Moist air and cold temperatures is creating the fog this morning, but that will dissipate as temperatures rise throughout the day. The National Weather Service is predicting a high temperature of 68 degrees for downtown Sacramento.
“In terms of daytime highs, we’re slightly above normal by about 4 degrees,” said weather service forecaster Brooke Bingaman.
Sunday’s high temperature is expected to hit 67 degrees. The area will stay dry until Wednesday, when a minor storm brings a 35 percent chance of rain.
