For the second consecutive year, a Sacramento business has sold a winning $750,000 scratch-off ticket.

Lang Café, 6930 65th St., was where Toribio Flores recently bought a winning $10 Mystery Crossword ticket that won him $750,000. Last year, a $10 Crossword Cash scratcher ticket bought at Lang Café earned $750,000 for Thanh Pham.

Lang Café is on the California Lottery’s list of “Lucky Retailers,” which are allowed to display special signs when they make the list.

To be on the list, a retailer must sell at least one winning ticket worth $100,000 or more during the previous calendar year, have paid out an average of 400 or more winning tickets per week during the previous calendar year and paid out an average of $4,000 or more worth of winning tickets per week during the previous calendar year.
