A second female pedestrian has been sexually assaulted on Wyda Way in Arden Arcade, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.
The description of the attacker matched that of the man who sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl on Sept. 19.
At about noon Tuesday, a 21-year-old woman was walking on Wyda Way with two young siblings. A stranger approached the woman and sexually assaulted her over her clothing, according to the department. The man then ran.
In the Sept. 19 assault, which occurred about 8:40 a.m., the teen was walking alone to school. The man approached, asked her age and sexually assaulted her, according to the department.

The teen struck the stranger and got away.
The suspect is described as a thin black man, 24 to 34 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall. In the most recent attack, the suspect wore black pants, a black T-shirt and a black do-rag.
