Police have arrested a man they believe took photos up the skirts of women in Roseville and Rocklin stores in late August.

On Monday, the department posted a security camera photograph online of the man pushing a shopping cart and holding a cellphone in his hand. The man was wearing a baseball cap turned backward and a T-shirt with “BF Goodrich Racing” written on the front.

They asked anyone who recognized the man to call Roseville police.

On Tuesday afternoon, Mathew Adrian Anglade, 22, of Loomis contacted detectives, who arrested him on suspicion of invasion of privacy using a concealed camera. He was booked into Placer County Jail.
