Woodland Police Department officials arrested two 15-year-olds after a burglary Monday night at Lee Middle School, officials said.
Two custodians were in the main office building when intruders broke an office window and entered the building. Fearing for their safety, the custodians locked themselves in a small office and called police just before 10:30 p.m., according to a Woodland police Facebook post.
The intruders stole about $3,000 worth of items and caused more than $1,000 in damage to the school at 520 West St., police said.
Six laptop computers and other items were taken. All items were recovered, according to police.
