Two men area being sought in connection with several robberies in the North Highlands and Foothill Farms areas.

Sacramento County sheriff’s detectives believe the two men have robbed several convenience stores and check cashing businesses since January, according to a Sheriff’s Department news release. Both have been armed with semi-automatic handguns during the robberies, in which they have demanded money from employees.

The Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday released surveillance video of one of the robberies.

One man is described as white, 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 170 to 200 pounds, with brown hair and a goatee.

The other is described as black, 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing 170 to 180 pounds, with hair in long dreadlocks and a goatee.
