Solano County sheriff’s deputies were forced to chase down a very unusual suspect on Monday afternoon: a runaway llama.
Two deputies used their cars to corral a llama who had escaped from its pasture, according to the office’s Facebook page. The Sheriff’s Office posted sped-up dash cam footage showing the incident.
The runaway llama was wandering on the roadway, which prompted the deputies to take action.
The deputies were able to corral the llama and returned it to its pasture unharmed, according to the Facebook post.
