Police are looking for robbers who tied up a North Natomas store employee. Have you seen them?

Three people are sought in connection with an armed robbery Friday night at a North Natomas convenience store.

The suspected robbers entered the store in the 2000 block of Club Center Drive at 9:07 p.m., according to the Sacramento Police Department.

Surveillance video provided by the Tobacco Plus store shows a masked man armed with a handgun holding up a store employee as the others tied up the victim. The gunman then orders the clerk to sit down and the accomplices to lock the store’s door.

The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of cash and miscellaneous items from the store, according to police. The suspects fled the area in an unknown vehicle.

Sacramento Police Department’s video forensics team is reviewing the camera footage in the robbery, said Officer Eddie Macaulay, a department spokesman. Detectives are speaking with any witnesses to see if they can determine a description of the robbers, as well as looking to see if any similar robberies have been reported in the area.

“We obviously are always looking in the public’s help, especially when someone is concealing their identity,” he said.
