Police have arrested a man in connection with a drive-by shooting at a Roseville home, the city’s Police Department announced Monday.
On Friday, authorities arrested Christopher Martino, 20, of Citrus Heights on suspicion of shooting into an occupied residence.
On April 30, around 4:58 a.m., a suspect fired at least five shots from a handgun into a home on the 1200 block of Schooner Way. The shots broke through walls and damaged glass inside the house, the department said. A car was heard driving away, police said. A person was in the home at the time, but no one was injured.
Police said they believed the home was intentionally targeted. Eventually, a warrant was issued for Martino’s arrest. Martino has been booked into the Placer County Main Jail in Auburn.
